  1. Usage: LOAD silent
  2.   A series of ON commands, which will make all of the *** join, leave,
  3.   signoff nickname and mode change messages disappear. Meant to be used
  4.   in high-traffic channels such as #report.
  5.  
  6.   If you have %U somewhere in your STATUS_FORMAT variable, the messages
  7.   will appear in the status line instead, which is much less annoying,
  8.   than to have them in the ircII windows.
